This item is approx. 20 x 20 x 5 cm in size and weighs approx 4.6kg.
Our salt plates can be used for both hot and cold food or to chop vegetables, salads, fruits and other food items.
For cold foods, place the plate in the fridge or freezer for 1-2 hours and then serve food on the plates – the plate should keep the cold temperature for approx 1-2 hours
For hot foods, place the plate on a hob and heat to a high temperature. Meat and fish can then be cooked (and served) on the hot plates. Please be careful when handling the hot plates. Plates can also be heated on a BBQ to cook food.
Cleaning your plate: After use, please wait until the plate returns to it’s normal temperature. Clean all food from the plate and wash with cold water (no detergents required). Leave to dry naturally and your plate will be ready to use again and again.
